Conversation with a cook, at Scuola Toscana

The students from Regiomontana University in Monterrey are attending a practical cooking course organised by Scuola Toscana in Florence.

The course is mainly practical, but there are also some lessons about food in Italy – yesterday the students had a conversation with a young Florentine cook, Riccardo.
