2 cups Spinach, leaves

1 Veggies like asparagus or zucchini

1/2 cup Magic green sauce or avocado cilantro dressing

2 cups Quinoa, cooked

3 handfuls Almonds or other nuts

1 Mozzarella cheese, fresh

grilled chicken or other protein
